Berkshire Brewing Company's Coffeehouse Porter
Appearance- Dark cola color with a foamy off-white colored head.
Smell- the rich coffee scent overwhelms the porter scent
Taste- Much like the smell their is a rich, roasty coffee flavor with a hint of chocolate malt* and hoppy bitterness
Mouthfeel- Thin enough to complement the flavors, thick enough to still be considered smooth. Solid feel in general.
Drinkability- This is perhaps one of my favorite beers and I will most undoubtedly be drinking it again. It's local to Massachusetts and could kind of hard to find outside of Mass I would imagine, but If you get the chance, I highly recommend picking some up.
*Chocolate malt refers to color not taste, fyi.
And for anyone who is interested, the new Mountain Dew Voltage is also very delicious
